Welcome to our home

The Grass is Greener began in 2006, thanks to Steven's skilled hands.

He completely renovated all these small houses which were previously a farm and its outbuildings.

Steven is Dutch, Valérie is French, born in the canton.

Every year we are happy to welcome Dutch, Belgian and French families.

We prioritize contact and exchange between people, it is important for us to maintain the concept of pleasant and joyful holidays, in this beautiful green country that is Corrèze.

We improve the premises almost every year to create the best possible space for you.

Last year, we built a pond. The plants, fish, fountain, and sound of the water, combined with the magnificent view of the hills, make it a perfect place for relaxation.

This year (2025), we added to our family two little sheep, who came to keep company with our two goats, our chickens (Wyandottes, Reds and Brahmas) and our two dogs Obiwan and Maya and we will build a greenhouse to be able to produce vegetables for our occupants.
